Code Analysis collaboration overview

Snapshot: 7 November 2026 (Asia/Taipei). This is a contribution inventory and coordination plan, not code-review approval, integration, or release. Refreshed public PR metadata, human comments, changed-file lists, head-specific workflow results, relevant remote refs and Wiki. The search covered 177 open PRs and 61 all-state PR matches for code-analysis; it is not a review of every unpublished branch or contributor fork.

Composition follow-up — 7 November 2026

Draft #1250, head 764a53907f8c5209280f100a4901bd457dd982e0, now combines #1222 and #1223 with #1244 on a separate branch. It targets codex/code-analysis-investigation-final; Labs and all original PRs remain unchanged and unmerged. Both contributor heads are retained as ancestors, preserving @outlier27-cell's original source commits and author metadata plus the maintainer packaging commits. This is a multi-parent consolidation PR, not a change to existing native stack membership.

Source combined without conflicts; the ZIP was regenerated for each binary conflict. Attribution and fixed-revision evidence: 18 public CLI invocations across before/source/archive, matching source/archive results for all six commands, 18/18 focused tests in each distribution, deterministic ZIP rebuild. Full module suite: 342 pass, 1 fail, 0 skipped. The installed configuration-package snapshot test fails identically on the #1244 base and candidate; cause remains unresolved. Remote CI and human acceptance are separate. Original contributor disclosure/personal-confirmation gaps are not waived.

The inventory below describes the prior snapshot: #1222/#1223 remain absent from #1244 itself, but are present in #1250. #1224, #1203 and #1242 are not included in #1250.

Shared baseline and original contributors

labs/code-analysis remains bf0a29e7664f52973d06a8e6a608df2db1ecbd39. #998 is still the Draft integration proposal into dev. The newer investigation capabilities below are not installed in this shared baseline.

  • yijiez666-alt established the module (#979), threshold completion semantics (#1009), extractor revision tracking (#1096), Atlas (#1103), module-entry and bypass-import evidence (#1206), product priorities (#1205), roadmap (#1210), and document organization (#1211). These PRs merged into Labs. The 3D proof of concept #1207 merged into claude/code-atlas, a different experimental branch; do not count it as Labs delivery.
  • CheeseMiao0520 supplied the original Java adapter #1075, merged into Labs. Later Java Unicode, namespace and call-evidence work extends that foundation.
  • Closed proposals are not necessarily integrated: #992, #1165 and #1209 have no PR merge recorded. In particular, #1165 does not establish that Atlas was reverted.

Other members' active work

All rows are unmerged. Evidence attributed to an author or prior maintainer receipt was inspected, not independently rerun in this inventory.

Owner / PR Contribution and relationship Latest head / observed state Next coordination step
outlier27-cell #1222 A1: reject invalid complexity thresholds instead of silently suppressing findings. Directly improves trustworthy analysis configuration. f0b53b72, Labs, non-Draft. Author reports 15 focused tests. Latest CI failed overall; ZIP/package checks passed per maintainer receipt. Scope agreed in #1182. AI disclosure and accountable contributor's personal review confirmation remain outstanding. The maintainer already refreshed the ZIP; do not repeat the stale request to rebuild it.
outlier27-cell #1223 A2: expose parse failures and unanalyzed-language counts in text/JSON summary. Complements the investigation output's explicit uncertainty. 2b43eb36, Labs, non-Draft. Author reports two focused tests and a mixed-language CLI case. Latest CI failed overall. Same disclosure/confirmation gap. ZIP refresh already completed. Preserve the browser failure and passing targeted retry; cause remains unconfirmed.
outlier27-cell #1224 Accept/revoke one finding with a reason through a baseline write endpoint. Governance workflow, not improved source extraction. No page control yet. 408873db, Labs, Draft; latest CI failed, generated ZIP still stale in the recorded review. Maintainer deferred detailed review pending a proposal for the complete workflow beyond agreed A1/A2, contributor confirmation and applicable evidence. Reconcile with stable finding IDs before integration.
Momoyeyu #1203 Atlas sector expansion, background dimming, hit detection and transitions; related #1197. Presentation only; does not change analysis results. 12446e28, Labs, non-Draft; head CI passed. AI assistance disclosed; final personal code-review checkbox remains unchecked. Preserve authorship and visual evidence. Lower priority than analysis correctness/coverage; later verify composition with current Atlas baseline.
testikun #1201 Separate source-review-discovery workflow and evidence package. OpenPI trigger/control experiments are useful investigation-method evidence. 1fbedb6e, dev, Draft; head CI passed. Reuse question/answer and trigger/control methodology where useful. Do not count manual/tool-assisted discoveries as Code Analysis resolver capability or assume the separate package is integrated.

The latest #1222/#1223 commits are maintainer ZIP refreshes, not additional source features. Their source heads were 6e123ea0 / 8de4ee39. Their overall failures include the separately tracked README baseline problem. #1223 additionally retains the observed browser retry history.

Our two investigation workstreams

Both use the tt-a1i account; these are separate workstreams, not separate human contributors.

  1. Reliability and source investigation: stable IDs; JS/TS conditional/runtime/package imports; Python package/namespace and deep-expression handling; Java Unicode/static namespaces; JS/TS call evidence; saved and paired source questions. Fourteen original Draft slices remain attributed in the review map. #1235 combines these, #1236 adds Python calls, and #1243 adds Python/Java definition comparisons and reproducible investigation evaluation.
  2. Java call investigation: #1239 adds invocation sites, exact ranges, conservative target resolution and independent javac comparisons. #1244 composes this with the preceding Python/definition work and publishes the public-fetch replay.

Dependency path (all unmerged Drafts):

Labs bf0a29e7
  -> #1235 7fa88274 (combined reliability baseline)
     -> #1236 8739a976 (Python calls)
        -> #1243 92606d7e (Python/Java paired definitions)
           -> #1244 16c23ff4 (combined Java calls + public replay)
     -> #1239 110b8dec (independent Java slice; composed into #1244)

#1235/#1236/#1243 are in native stack #1237. #1244 is a dependent PR, not automatically a member of that native stack. Do not merge both the combined implementation and its original slices without reconciling duplicated changes.

Combined evidence: seven projects, twelve pinned snapshots, five paired changes, 338 reused module-test passes and 27 source/ZIP command comparisons. Selected units improved from 7/8 to 8/8 function locations and 0/8 to 8/8 changed definitions. Java has 86 captured call sites, 26 resolved targets and 60 unknown; Python has 4 resolved targets and 48 unknown among 52 selected calls. These are bounded, non-blind samples, not whole-repository accuracy. Shared samples and combined tests must not be added again across the two workstreams.

The latest final-head #1244 CI completed with failure. Earlier passing module/package steps and local validation do not make the overall run green.

Separate CI baseline repair

Maintainer Draft #1242, ced8cc44, targets Labs. It carries README motion-proof work attributed to BlueboxC #1174 and DSH documentation-contract work from tt-a1i #1187. It changes documentation/proof inputs and the DSH contract test, not analyzer semantics. Head-specific CI and DSH integration both passed. It is an available unmerged repair, not a repair already applied to #1244 or Labs.

Coordination order and remaining work

  1. Complete accountable review of A1/A2 and the combined investigation candidate. #1222/#1223 are not included in #1244. Their check/summary contracts merit a combined fixture covering invalid configuration, parse failure, partial analysis, known references and explicit unknowns after readiness requirements are met.
  2. Keep #1242 as the separate baseline CI repair; verify exact final composition and required checks if an integration candidate is later prepared. No merge is authorized by this inventory.
  3. Expand call-target coverage using newly fixed source answers and explicit wrong/omitted/unknown counts. Prioritize one bounded Python alias/cross-file case or Java symbol/overload case before adding a heavier semantic backend. Preserve the current source/ZIP replay.
  4. Coordinate #1224 against stable IDs and accepted-changed semantics only after its end-to-end scope is agreed. Keep #1203 visual work and #1201 standalone investigation workflow separate from analyzer capability claims.

Shared archify.zip edits are generated-artifact overlap, not proof that source changes conflict or compose correctly. This inventory inspected file lists and existing evidence; it did not perform a new code merge, independent contributor test run, approval, release or installation.

Cumulative six-language Draft follow-up

Draft #1263, head68f54478ae16d824e43198ac94d6e05746510edf, composes the original Go/Rust#1255/#1256/#1258, Java#1259, JS#1260, TS#1261 and Python#1252/team histories, plus existing#1242CIbaseline repair. Actual native stack#1262 contains#1260→#1261→#1263; Go/Rust stack#1257 and independent Java PR are unchanged. Original commits/authors/PR ownership remain; reconcile combined/original overlap before eventual integration. Source/ZIP evidence and limits. No approval, formal merge, release or installation; remote final-head checks are recorded separately.

Rust inherent-function Draft follow-up

Draft #1265, head20ce8f32ad9002c408abeb11a6fedec539aba004, adds explicit monomorphic inherent source candidates above #1264. Actual native stack #1262 now has five layers: #1260 → #1261 → #1263 → #1264 → #1265. Original Go/Rust stack #1257 and the independent Java PR remain unchanged; all original histories and ownership remain. Finite source answers, known misses, source/ZIP parity and separate validation states. No formal merge, approval, release or live installation.

Go SDK typing Draft follow-up

Draft #1266, f8470917f7f80e279555025bee25af81f544c8f1, extends #1265 without rewriting lower heads. Actual native stack #1262 now has six layers: #1260 → #1261 → #1263 → #1264 → #1265 → #1266. All original contributor commits, original Go/Rust stack #1257 and independent Java ownership remain. Normal CLI, source/ZIP and compiler evidence. The37 known misses remain historical facts about #1264; only this new Draft resolves their recorded cohort. No formal merge/approval/release/installation.

Java fixed-arity follow-up — 8 November 2026

Draft #1267, bbfa46ce6bee206f1bf17267168539902d36ab40, extends #1266 as the seventh native stack #1262 layer. It preserves every lower head, original contributor commit and PR ownership. Source-first questions, compiler audit and source/ZIP parity. Two supplemental production questions now resolve; five original independently guarded test calls remain known misses. Local/module and extracted-package checks passed; final-head remote CI completed successfully (actual module386/386, zero skips). No approval, formal merge, release or installation.

Independent Python API reexports — 8 November 2026

Draft #1268, b7495c1d73736a81c8e58d9763bfdea3e2d8e579, targets original #1252 and preserves its team/Python history. It is independent of the seven-layer native stack #1262; no existing head/PR ownership changed. Source-first Jinja/Flask questions and source/ZIP evidence. Four known misses now resolve; generated/proxy calls remain unknown. Local Python/paired38/38 and extracted38/38 pass. Complete module345pass/1fail retains the independently reproduced baseline TypeScript failure. Final-head CI42419781139 ended failure on the baseline-reproduced README motion proof; actual module346/346, zero skips, and Windows/package checks pass. Overall CI is not green. No approval, merge, release or installation.

Current six-language composition — 8 November 2026

Draft #1269, 1fa3cd0a097e973d653376721e6b8447f2be12b0, extends #1267 as the eighth native stack #1262 layer and preserves independent Python #1268 as a second parent through runtime merge11a035091. Original seven stack heads and #1268 PR ownership remain unchanged. This local history composition is not a GitHub merge. Current source/ZIP evidence and known misses. Nine graders replay26captures/32questions/58CLI commands per distribution; local388/388 and package52+26 pass. Final-head CI42420773645 completed success, actual module388/388 zero skips. Independent #1268 failures remain attributed to its older base; this candidate does not rewrite them. No approval, merge, release or installation.

Rust concrete-instantiation follow-up — 8 November 2026

Draft #1270, 3f42ee34b920b15cdd808fc54928e653f883cae1, is the ninth native stack #1262 layer above #1269. All lower heads, original author metadata and PR ownership remain unchanged. Five frozen physical cases, independent LSP results and package parity. The earlier #1265 Map misses remain historical; this new model now reaches their concrete impl source. Local module391/391 and extracted46/46 pass. Final-head CI42424137953 completed success (actual module391/391, zero skips); no approval, formal merge, release or installation.

Explicit ESM forwarding follow-up — 8 November2026

Draft #1271, 0e41f1e7fef84e19776305cfc8630311ff01e814, is the tenth native stack #1262 layer above #1270. All nine lower heads and PR ownership remain unchanged. Frozen Redux questions, implementation-body audit, real source change and ZIP evidence. Local module397/397, extracted62/62, zero skips; final-head CI42427971892 completed success (actual module397/397, zero skips). Real source orientation gains API-barrel navigation and selected known callers; returned-function flow remains missing. No approval, merge, release or installation.

Java captured parent context — 8 November 2026

Draft #1272, b5b14e8a9666a4a92e8a71d844f788bb28041c56, is the eleventh native stack #1262 layer above #1271. Original histories, ten actual lower heads and PR ownership remain. Source answers, real wrong-target correction, compiler scope and ZIP evidence. Local401/401 and extracted48/48 pass, zero skips; final-head CI42432297712 completed success (actual module401/401, zero skips). Four Commons calls now reach implementations, a wrong compatibility target is withheld, and two legitimate cross-module calls remain known misses. No approval, merge, release or installation.

Declared direct Java project source routes — Draft #1273

Fixed inputs, receipts and bounded model. Head196dd3569 is the twelfth native stack#1262 layer above #1272; all lower PR heads/owners and original contributor histories are preserved. Two earlier Simple→Api misses now reach the source under captured jar/test-jar/ancestor evidence; reload4j external unknown retained. Real upstream shared-helper migration finds two additional known Simple callers while retaining partial/exit1. Local407/407, extracted46/46 and source/ZIP9commands per distribution are separate from successful final-head CI42436890903 attempt2. Independent analysis log proves407/407/0skip. First nested self-extraction failure (20s deadline inference) and same-head retry remain disclosed; no proven flakiness fix. Labs stays bf0a29e7; original Go/Rust/Python real evidence remains at its recorded revision. No approval, merge, release or installation.
