What's Changed

  • Add optional databases.json monitoring for persistent MCP stdio and -web processes, with automatic switching when the file default changes. Monitoring is disabled by default.
  • Configure monitoring with --enable-monitor-config, ENABLE_MONITOR_CONFIG, or the root enableMonitorConfig field, in that priority order.
  • Allow MCP stdio to load .database-mcp/databases.json from the user profile when DB_CONFIG_PATH is unset.
  • Fix runtime switching after changing the default connection in the Web console.
  • Rename the dangerous-operation setting to enableDangerousOperations while retaining support for allowDangerousOperations and --allow-dangerous-operations. Saving writes only the new field; the new JSON field wins when both are present.
  • Isolate configuration path tests in temporary user profiles so tests never replace real user configuration.

  • scripts/verify.ps1: .NET 9/10 build and 157 backend tests passed.
  • npm test: 10 frontend tests passed.
  • Local Release pack validated for .NET 9 and .NET 10.
