(somewhat) resolves issue #47
Add dynamic leg rotation about the Z-axis so a user would not have to manually rotate the camera, instead they can rotate the legs in the current view by small increments.
Add user input for how many frames they would want the walk 'animation' to happen for. Frame++ increases the frame number by 100 with each press. Current number of frames to be executed can be viewed in the 'View' -> Frame Count in choreonoid.
Still need to figure out how to have the model walk smoothly and continuously based on user frame input.
