I'm aware of the irony of opening an issue to report issues that can probably be closed, but the GH preview of each issue is probably helpful (including its state):

Issues that I think can definitely be closed because the feature is implemented, the bug was fixed, or it was user error:

I went through these issues and didn't see one that "obviously shouldn't be closed". So I'm fine with it.

Also, generally, I'd say that every issue older than 2 years should be viewed with very intensive closing thoughts in mind.
