Changelog

1. mo purge keeps to your folders: A purge_paths.txt that cannot be read now stops with the reason and a failing exit code, instead of scanning the default folders.
2. Safer cleaning: Files freshly unpacked with an old date stay, and launcher, Autodesk, NuGet and MSBuild caches are cleared only while their owner is closed.
3. Safer deleting in mo analyze: The delete guard also refuses PerfLogs, Boot, paging files and anything directly on the first level of the system drive, and the unused age stays blank when Windows records no openings.
4. New cache cleanup: mo clean covers BrowserOS and T3 Code preview caches.
5. Names and dates read right: Korean and accented process names in mo status are no longer cut while they still fit, and a clock set back no longer keeps an old installed app list.

1. mo purge 只扫你选的目录：purge_paths.txt 读不了时会停下来说明原因并返回失败退出码，不再改扫默认目录。
2. 清理更稳妥：刚解压但日期较旧的文件会保留，启动器、Autodesk、NuGet 和 MSBuild 的缓存只在对应程序关闭时清理。
3. mo analyze 删除更稳妥：删除保护新增 PerfLogs、Boot、页面文件和系统盘第一层的所有内容，Windows 没有记录打开时间时不再显示未使用时长。
4. 新增缓存清理：mo clean 支持 BrowserOS 和 T3 Code 预览缓存。
5. 名字和日期显示正确：mo status 里韩文和带重音的进程名放得下时不再被截断，系统时间调回去后也不会一直用旧的应用列表。
