🚀 What’s New:
Interface Support: You can now define interfaces directly in your application and import them from existing .cfg and .json files!
Interfaces need to be defined in marte2_python.
If you’d like to get started but interfaces have been holding you back — reach out to me and I’ll happily help set them up for you.
In future versions, we’ll include full interface support from MARTe2-components — for now, we’ve implemented the Padova TCPMessageProxy example for our current project needs.
⚙️ RealTimeSynchronisation:
Another major addition! This allows you to run two threads at different rates and transfer signal data safely using a buffered/blocking mechanism.
In our project, we used one thread at a slower rate (e.g. a model computation) while another ran faster (e.g. reading a UDP datasource) — only passing the latest values to the model for efficient real-time performance.
