📋 Description

Updated the code sample for Examine index customization to include a ComposeAfter attribute, which will guarantee that the composer will run after the core setup of Examine indexes.

Thanks for the PR, @AndyButland 🙌 I've added a revised sentence suggestion with "Note" removed so it can be wrapped in a proper Note tag.

Please let me know if it doesn't make sense.
