Crewhouse phone preview .30

Build from 6432e2d: main at b3ca7f9 plus the version bump (https://github.com/umeranjum17/crewhouse/tree/fm/ch-release-now); the only other change is the first-hour gate script. Android: install the arm64 APK over preview 29, 28 or .26. It updates in place and keeps your pairing.

New since preview 29:

• Home reads like a Messages list. Your initial and a round + across the top, Chief first with what waits on you, then each helper. Search and the places button float at the foot, and Home has no tab bar: #777
• The phone stays calm through short link stalls: #776
• Your path to the US: a cited four-stage plan from a job like yours to a US role, on Your goal: #774
• Roles a look finds are ranked by your strategy, with the page's own words as the reason: #773

Checked before publishing: the first-hour run on the installed x86_64 APK, on an emulator. The CV PDF goes to Chief and he reads it, the goal card's yes starts the search, and role cards come back in Chief's chat. The message got exactly one reply, the text box stayed above the keyboard, and a notification sent while the app was in the background opened Chief's chat. The model words were scripted; the engine, app and job postings were real.

Not in this build, or not proven:

• No iOS build. These APKs are debug-signed.
• Not tried on a physical phone or with a real AI account. The arm64 and armeabi-v7a APKs come from the same build but were not installed for this check.
• Notifications need the app's background link; waking by FCM or UnifiedPush is not built (#761).
• The gate was run at 6432e2d against APKs built from 791b65b; the two commits differ only in scripts/verify/first-hour.mjs.

Version 1.0.0-preview.20261028.30, versionCode 301/302/303 (preview 29 reported 291/292/293). Checksums are in SHA256SUMS.

Build from 66263f7. Android: install the arm64 APK over the previous preview, open it, and pair with the link the computer prints (or tap "Paste a link").

• Send Chief your CV and ask for a job: he reads it and starts the job hunt, the finds come back in his chat as role cards, and the crew fills the real application form and stops at one card where only you press Submit: #765

Chief answers in about a minute now, and he keeps working while you are away: a job that needs a sign-in or a choice waits for you instead of failing. You can pick which AI account and model each of your crew runs on, from Settings, from that crew member's page, or by asking Chief. On the phone, On my computer goes straight to the pairing box, and first run shows where a key comes from when you bring your own.

first job took four to nine minutes.

Chief makes the file you ask for: paste a note or a list into the chat and a
real .docx comes back in his reply and under Made in this chat. He no longer
says a routine is set before you press Start it, and a reminder you ask for is
yours rather than a new helper's. A turn that fails speaks as Chief, in plain
words, not as the AI company.

If Crewhouse can't start, it says why and the one thing that fixes it: another
program is using what the crew needs, its own folder needs permission, the
