Crewhouse preview 29 — calm chat and news with the app closed

Build from 787204a: main at d3158e9 plus this release's version bump and release-gate script changes, with no app code changed (https://github.com/umeranjum17/crewhouse/tree/fm/ch-release-029). Android: install the arm64 APK over preview 28 or .26. It updates in place and keeps your pairing.

New since preview 28:

• Calm chat with Chief. Home is a chat list with Chief first, and the composer is a pill: #766, #770
• News with the app closed. A held link ("Crewhouse is connected" in the shade) shows Chief's replies, cards for your yes and finished jobs as notifications. A tap opens that chat or card, including after the app was closed. No push account is needed: #764, #768
• Chat fixes. The keyboard keeps the whole text box in view, each message gets one reply, helper chats show as bubbles, and the app icon is Chief's face: #767
• Jobs on the phone: your goal board, each role's own screen, interview prep and the Submit card: #760

Checked before publishing: the first-hour run on the installed x86_64 APK from this commit, on an emulator. The CV PDF goes to Chief and he reads it, the goal card's yes starts the search, and role cards come back in Chief's chat. Each message got exactly one reply, the text box stayed above the keyboard, and a notification sent while the app was in the background opened Chief's chat. The model words were scripted; the engine, app and job postings were real.

Not in this build, or not proven:

• No iOS build. These APKs are debug-signed.
• Notifications need the app's background link. Waking by FCM or UnifiedPush is not built (#761). News missed while the link is down, and Doze delays, are untested.
• Not tried on a physical phone or with a real AI account. The arm64 and armeabi-v7a APKs come from the same build but were not installed for this check.
• Known issues: Research Rae's chat opens with Chief's routine instructions as plain text. Rae's face on the goal card differs from her face in the chat. The notification icon is still the old helmet.
• The pairing link's install button and Settings > Phones "Get the app" still offer phone preview .26, because they only find tags shaped like v1.0.0-preview...

Version 1.0.0-preview.20261027.29, versionCode 291/292/293 (preview 28 reported 222, .26 reported 272). Checksums are in SHA256SUMS.
