Every work package of the specification is done and CI is green on every
engine since the repository went public. The version line moves to ^1.0
between the packages and 1.0.x-dev for the branch alias and the root's
path repositories (required as ^1.0@dev), so a split-published package at
1.0.0 satisfies its siblings; both lock files follow. The changelog opens
[1.0.0]; the README carries the CI badge and the install note until the
split repositories exist; the split workflow (univeros/orion.<package>,
the module as orion.univeros) waits for its token.
