  accessible name includes the visible caption for speech input and passes axe
  label-content-name-mismatch (#410). Drawer behavior and focus restoration stay
  the same.
• Let Enter open and focus the selected step editor while preserving connection
  and reattachment completion; keep focus on the source step after a chooser
  pick so immediate keyboard undo works, including deferred host acceptance
  (#412, #413).
