Simpler Blob commands on top of 1.4.0-canary.3:

• blob upload is removed; use cp -r or sync.
• blob list is now an alias of blob ls.
• get, delete and credentials take a bucket name or id as an argument; --bucket-id still works.
• ls, rm, presign, mb and rb accept my-bucket/key without blob://. Emptying a whole bucket with rm -r still needs blob://my-bucket.
• Short flags: -r recursive, -d delete, -n dry run, -q quiet, -f force (rb).
