The preview is now updated incrementally instead of reloading on every edit:
Edits that stay entirely within a text node (the common case — just typing) now patch only that text node's content, leaving the surrounding element untouched.
Edits that change an element's structure (tags/attributes) replace just the smallest element that contains the edit, instead of the whole document.
Full reload is still used as a safe fallback for cases that don't fit this model: undo/redo, multi-cursor/multi-range edits, and edits touching <script> content.
