Initial release of the UTEXO fork as @utexo/webrgb, starting its own version sequence at 0.1.0.

Included

• TypeScript contracts for RGB wallet providers, provider discovery, capability detection, and error handling.
• An in-memory mock wallet and a read-only provider conformance suite.
• Optional burnAsset() and getConsignment() types and specifications for BFA burns and consented proof sharing.
• Type coverage and read-only conformance checks for the optional methods.
• A dApp and wallet integration guide with mint and burn examples.

WalletConnect transport is maintained separately in @utexo/webrgb-walletconnect. Earlier changelog entries describe upstream @kaleidorg/webrgb releases.
