One CLI: dkx run and dkx scan replace the dkx sfincs … spellings (kept as
deprecated aliases), dkx.scan(...) drives scans from Python, and a page on
bringing an existing SFINCS scan workflow to DKX.

• One CLI: dkx run and dkx scan accept a SFINCS input.namelist as well as a case file. dkx run with no argument in a folder holding input.namelist writes sfincsOutput.h5, as the SFINCS executable does. dkx scan reads the deck's !ss lines (scanType 2: E_r, 5: radius x E_r) and writes the sfincsScan folder tree; --profiles, --er MIN MAX N, --radii, --jobs, --skip-existing override or tune it. dkx.scan(namelist, profiles=..., er=...) is the same from Python.
• dkx sfincs <command> is hidden and prints a deprecation note; use dkx <command>. scan-er and scan-profile stay as hidden aliases.
