GKX 2.4.2
Requires solvax>=0.27.0.
- Forward-mode derivatives for VMEX. The dense growth rate, the objective vector and the nonlinear-window proxy now support
jvp/jacfwdas well as reverse mode. A batch of Jacobian columns shares one eigensolve and one LU. Inside VMEX's Jacobian, AD matches finite differences to 3e-8–4e-6 (growth rate) and 1e-6–2e-4 (quasilinear). This also fixes a NaN in forward derivatives through the linear cache, so sparse-directjacfwdnow works (#313). - Fixes (#311).
- NTFT linked chains now hold kx+m0 fixed in the parallel derivative; the error on a test bump drops from 0.206 to 1.7e-6.
- Per-species collision frequency no longer breaks multispecies Sugama conservation.
- The log-linear fit window no longer collapses on a constant phase.
- Docs. The README and docs are restructured, with a cross-code benchmark section against GX, GS2 and stella (#310).
- CI. Codecov PR comments are off (#312).
