Vector seems to have memory leak

recently we are noticing the memory usage for vector seems to slowly creep up and eventually OOM (systemd limit).

When I use vector top with --allocation-tracing, nothing really stands out. except there is 1 file source has ~200mb memory usage and 1 transform (global tagger) has ~150mb memory usage. Most of the components do not have Memory Used column populated.

Previously we had memory issue caused by s3 sink disk buffer which was fixed in 0.58.

Any guidance on how can I further investigate this?
