SshParserError has two new variants, HomeNotFound and IncludeCycle. A ~ path or a relative Include with no home directory now fails with HomeNotFound instead of falling back to / or a literal ~, and ~user paths are no longer rewritten.

SshConfig gains a home_dir builder. The parser expands ~ and relative Include paths against it, falling back to dirs::home_dir(), and nested includes inherit it. When a home is needed but missing, parsing fails with SshParserError::HomeNotFound instead of falling back to / or a literal ~. ~user prefixes are no longer mangled.
Include now tracks the files being included and fails with SshParserError::IncludeCycle instead of overflowing the stack on a self-include or a loop.
