• Projects no longer report perpetual skill drift when the same skill exists in both the project's library-backed list and a stale custom_skills snapshot. Sync writes library content to disk; drift now uses the library version as its expected-state baseline, and autodetect prunes the obsolete custom_skills entries from the project JSON. (7c76443)
