Introduces a new `Surface\Images` package with native (gd/PHP) and extended (ext-imgdec) decoders for PNG, JPEG, and TIFF, wired through `ImagesManager`/`ImagesServiceProvider` and new `config/images.php`. Framebuffers and Rasterize now default to `auto` driver selection via env-configurable defaults, and framebuffers gain a new `writeRgba8()` API (including support across store/ring/paged implementations and native RGBA8 fast-path handling). Adds broad image and framebuffer test coverage plus documentation updates for architecture, config, and testing guidance.
