Introduces a tag-driven release pipeline: new shared tests workflow, split workflow, and `.github/split.sh` to validate manifests, manage `X.Y.x` line branches, and publish split component repos with matching tags. Also expands window APIs with a new `TKLink` primitive (factory/group support, URL scheme validation, styling hooks) and adds edit menu roles (`undo`, `redo`, `cut`, `copy`, `paste`, `select-all`) that reject custom hotkeys. Updates default menu config, documentation, and tests to cover the new behavior.
