Workflow configurations

I think there should be a way to configure for a specific workflow the amount of retries or other configurations.

Workflow don't get retried, just steps. That said, I'm curious what other workflow configurations you're looking for

@pranaygp I'm thinking on what other workflow systems offer like for instance celery:

1. Expontential backoff
2. Jitter on exponential backoff
3. Max time for exponential backoff
4. Custom serialization functions
5. Routing & Priority: Specify which workflows are more important than other, or execution pools and route these workflows to different pools.

List goes on, these are just some common configs in celery.

for the other 2, yeah we're missing some APIs you'll need for that! i'll share more soon :)
