PixelClean v0.3

Fixes #1.

  • Reads the effective AC display timeout through WMI instead of assuming that
    Windows has stored an explicit per-scheme ACSettingIndex registry override.
  • Preserves and restores the original timeout in exact seconds, including
    0 ("Never").
  • Detects failures returned by the power-setting commands and by
    winddcutil setvcp, attempting to restore the original timeout before
    aborting.
  • Removes redundant packaged binaries from the repository; the downloadable
    ZIP still contains everything required to run PixelClean.

The included winddcutil.exe is unchanged from v0.2.

Note: this release was validated against a connected ASUS PG32UCDM using
monitor detection and VCP reads. A full pixel-cleaning cycle was not triggered
as part of release testing.
