• form= in dom! is the HTML form attribute, no longer a shorthand for on_submit.

Added

• vertigo serve --precompress (MountConfigBuilder::precompress): the build's text files are
  compressed with brotli once, at startup, about a quarter smaller. vertigo build shows the gain.
• on_change_checked for checkboxes and radio buttons.
• ClickEvent carries the modifier keys: alt_key, ctrl_key, shift_key, meta_key.

Fixed

• checked from a Computed or a Value didn't reach a checkbox the user had clicked.
• vertigo serve --wasm-preload made the browser download the wasm twice.
