Component host exchange SDK 0.2.0

Adds a server-side host exchange client at @veyndo/sdk/host for record actions, channel/product projection, reviewed paid-order import and durable job enqueue/claim/progress. Generated TypeScript inputs and allowed operation names share the canonical native version 1 contract and exact source provenance.

Fixed host paths, current configured credentials/tenant, explicit version header, abort handling and conservative uncertain-write behavior are retained. Ten wire tests and negative TypeScript controls pass on Node 22/24. Existing native and guest entry points remain available. Host response values remain explicit JSON; authorization and domain transactions remain server-owned.
