CarouFix v1.0.0

CarouFix centers the selected cover in the Big Picture recent games carousel.
Steam leaves it about 40px off centre and CSS cannot correct it, so the plugin
adjusts the scroll target while Steam's own animation runs.

• Enable toggle
• Smoothness slider
• Russian, English and Japanese interface

Install by copying the folder into /home/deck/homebrew/plugins, see the README
