A DMG install now survives a restart, and says where it is on the first launch. Nothing changed
in how TokenFlow reads, prices or stores anything.

Added

  • The app adds itself to Login Items the first time it runs from an Applications folder.
A menu bar app has no Dock icon and no window, so after a restart there was no sign TokenFlow
had ever been installed — the watcher kept collecting, because its LaunchAgent sets
RunAtLoad, and only the menu bar went missing, which is the confusing half. Registration is
attempted once, never repeated, and skipped when the bundle is still running from the mounted
disk image: a first launch straight off the DMG is App-Translocated to a temporary read-only
path, and a login item aimed there breaks the moment the image is ejected. Drag the app across
and the next launch registers it. Turn it off in System Settings → General → Login Items
    and TokenFlow leaves it off.

  • The first launch opens the panel by itself. Double-clicking an LSUIElement app looks like
nothing happened: the only sign is two characters at the right end of the menu bar, which
nobody has a reason to look for. The panel now opens once per machine and points at itself.
If the menu bar had no room for the status item, or you clicked it first, the panel waits for
the next launch rather than anchoring to nothing and counting itself shown.

Fixed

  • docs/getting-started.md claimed the app "builds and launches everything it needs". It
reads as automatic and never was — refresh, watcher and dashboard are each a click. Both it
and the README now say what actually happens on first launch.

Internal

  • The app-bundle suite reads otool -L off the built binary and fails if
ServiceManagement.framework is not linked. Launch-at-login is the one behaviour a user
cannot restore for themselves, and it would otherwise fail silently.
