Fixed
Linux process-ownership scans no longer abort with ENOENT lstat /proc/<pid>
when a process exits mid-scan. procfs lists an exiting PID with an unknown
file type, which made the typed directory listing fail as a whole; the scan
now lists names only and skips a PID that has disappeared, while an entry
that cannot be read for any other reason still falls back to lsof and
fails closed. (#84)
Claude native version inventory no longer drops every version when one
version file is removed while the directory is listed (for example during claude update). A vanished entry is skipped; any other inspection error
still reports CLAUDE_RUNTIME_INSPECTION_FAILED. (#86)
