chore: remove the Nomad job specs from the public repository

The specs carry internal hostnames, the NAS address and Vault paths. They
live on the private cluster share; the README points there now.

fix: filter the CalDAV REPORT on the own UID domain server-side

list_own fetched every event in the calendar and dropped foreign UIDs
client-side. Against the real gezin calendar (1332 events, 1.7 MB) the
REPORT took 40 s, past the 30 s HTTP timeout, so every diff, approve and
dry-run failed. A UID prop-filter on @vonk.visibilityspots brings it to
0.7 s; is_own_uid still checks every result.

Also points the Nomad job files at the released image.

fix: re-extract seen posts after a prompt version bump

The poll skipped every post whose modified timestamp was already seen, so a
new PROMPT_VERSION only took effect for new or edited posts (or with
--reextract). A seen post is now skipped only when the service also holds
cached spans for its PDF under the current prompt version.

feat: short event titles "Scouts <name> - <summary>"

The extractor now also returns a short summary (1-3 words) per item, the
only field the model writes instead of copying. normalize sanitises it and
falls back to the verbatim title when it is unusable; the verbatim title
moves into the notes so nothing is lost. Cancellations read
"Geen scouts (<event>)" or "Geen scouts".

Titles render as "Scouts <name> - <summary>" (group events
"Scouts - <summary>"). activity_from_summary still parses the pre-0.2
"<name> scouts: ..." form so existing events update in place.

The prompt also states that a "Geen scouts" remark on a named event's row
is one item, and that a part of day such as "Avond" is a start time.
PROMPT_VERSION bumped, so cached extractions are redone.
