• Added central MCP server configuration in /home/coder/.mcp/mcp-servers.json with schema translation via sync-mcp to Claude (~/.claude.json), Codex (~/.codex/config.toml), and Antigravity (~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json via mcp-remote).
• Integrated automatic execution of sync routines on container startup via entrypoint.sh.

CLI Shortcuts & Operations

• mc-status (monocode-status): Inspect supervisor services, ports, agent versions, installed skills, and configured MCP servers.
• mc-update (update-agents): One-command update for all AI agent CLIs (claude, codex, refined-antigravity-acp) with automatic host restart.
• mc-selfupdate (monocode-update): In-place updater pulling upstream MonoCode host updates, applying patches, and rebuilding without full container teardown.
• mc-restart & mc-logs: Quick service control and log streaming for monocode-host.
• sync-all: Trigger full sync for skills, MCPs, and Antigravity tokens.

Developer Toolchain

• Pre-installed gh (GitHub CLI), lazygit, tree, sqlite3, fzf, and poppler-utils (pdftotext).
