Rail v0.2.2
Rail v0.2.2 updates dependencies and CI while retaining Rust 1.88 support.
- Updated Tokio from 1.53.2 to 1.53.3, including runtime and synchronization fixes (#78).
- Updated the pinned Rust toolchain action (#77).
- Added narrowly scoped exceptions for three maintenance notices in the Linux keyring dependency tree. Vulnerability checks remain enabled; the exceptions can be removed once the keyring backend migrates to zbus 6 and its compiler requirement is supported.
