Initial release of Zephyr support for Raspberry Pi Debug Probe

This is a port of the Raspberry Pi Debug Probe firmware from FreeRTOS to Zephyr RTOS, providing CMSIS-DAP v2 debug probe functionality.

• SWD interface with PIO acceleration on RP2040 (up to 24 MHz)
• USB CDC UART bridge to target
• LED indicators for USB, DAP, and UART activity
• SWD error detection with red LED blinking for wiring issues
• Shell commands for diagnostics (dap, pio, probe status)
