Tonttu 1.0.1-beta.2

First public beta of Tonttu: control your Windows PC from your phone's browser over Wi-Fi. There's nothing to install on the phone.

What it does

• Touchpad and keyboard, with buttons that change with what's on screen: media, browser, video and slides.
• Slides clicker, app switcher, volume and power.
• Send files from the phone to the PC, and download files from the PC to the phone.
• Use the phone as a microphone (needs a free virtual audio cable such as VB-CABLE).
• Works with windows that run as administrator, like Task Manager and installers.
• Updates install on their own when no phone is connected. You can change this in Settings › Updates.

Getting started

1. Run the setup. Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" because beta releases aren't code-signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
2. Scan the QR code on the PC with your phone's camera. Phone and PC need to be on the same Wi-Fi.
3. Optional, on iPhone: install the certificate (Certificate page in the app) so the browser stops warning about the connection.

Good to know

• Everything stays on your home network. No account, no cloud, no ads.
• This is a beta: expect rough edges. Use Send feedback in the app (Help page) to report problems.

Requires Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit.
