Keep the suite out of Alfred

Three tests reached hoard._requery.reopen unmocked: the conformance
undo test and test_an_accepted_standard_names_the_imported_file both
import a book without a genre, and api.act then runs osascript to open
the picker. On Linux there is no osascript and the call fails quietly;
on a Mac the suite opens Alfred and asks for a tag. An autouse fixture
in conftest now replaces reopen for every test, and the six verb tests
that patched subprocess.run and matched the osascript argv assert on
the requery itself.
