Only wheel factorize primes with non-quadratic residues
We made an interesting observation: if this wasn't obvious, smooth numbers tend not to be (even in the raw numbers themselves, rather than the residues) multiples of the (non-"smooth") primes with non-quadratic residues modulo the number to factor. As such, only these numbers are included in wheel factorization for FACTOR_FINDER, and, in that case, the wheel factorization ceiling has been removed (since the wheels need to be constructed dynamically anyway).
