Fixed

  • Keep development eval definitions and fixtures under scripts/evals/skills/ instead of installed skills. Move the fixed-project Python adapter pilot to development infrastructure; installed reviewers use the portable Node probe. Remove the redundant legacy pattern lookup while preserving canonical pattern and scanner checks.

  • Merge optional lint guidance into installation, shorten the AI-test review guide, and archive historical research documents on Hugging Face with verified file hashes. Remove the superseded planning document, per-case pilot JSON and standalone lint guide; retain short archive links for existing research citations.

  • Standardize current README and review-guide scan examples on the npm e2e-skills scan command, keep offline launcher details in the scanner guide, and align generator execution guidance with the approved shell or official test_run paths.

  • Correct security and Codex plugin descriptions to include scoped official test_run execution and bounded generation-error repairs; use Node scanner terminology in verifier descriptions.

  • e2e-skills install and doctor no longer refuse a HOME, CODEX_HOME or CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR whose ancestors are symlinks, such as a macOS /var/folders temporary path where /var links to /private/var. Those ancestors are resolved first; a symlinked base directory itself and symlinks at or below the skills, agents and configuration destinations are still refused.

  • e2e-skills doctor reports only the skill paths the selected host reads as MISSING. Each skill entry now carries required; an absent legacy Codex location is NOT_USED_BY_HOST for --host claude and ABSENT_OPTIONAL for --host codex. A present copy there is still checked and reported as FOREIGN_OR_MODIFIED when it differs, because it can shadow the canonical skill.

  • Full local CI and security checks passed for 7d0199b579aa9ddf0304bf47a0b6f9c28fb8d27e.
  • The release tarball contains 199 files; a fresh consumer installation verified all three CLI entry points and setup payload integrity.
  • Setup CLI regression suite: 17 passed.
  • Hosted CI: all five jobs passed (full CI, security, macOS and Ubuntu portable contracts, live fixture reproduction).
