Agent Watch notifies for company conversations.

Fixes

• Company conversation states reach Agent Watch. The company Gateway wrote each conversation's state under its private session folder, while Agent Watch reads the member's ~/.pi/agent/status; company conversations never notified. They are now written to ~/.pi/agent/status/company. Found in the live check: the state went from waiting for an answer to done, in the wrong folder.

Tests

• tests/managed-crash-continue.test.mjs checks the company Gateway writes the conversation's state, without its prompt or answer, under the member's ~/.pi/agent/status/company.
