🔧 Bug Fixes

• components: treat bare boolean attributes like <Menu.Item disabled> as true on the disabled, readonly, and indeterminate props that also accept refs and getters. Previously they arrived as '' and the component stayed enabled. (#1106)
• utilities: stop pulling Vue's Vapor runtime into apps that do not use Vapor (#1095)
• Tabs: reverse Arrow Left/Right for horizontal tabs and carousel indicators in right-to-left layouts (#1105)
• toElement: resolve a component with a fragment root (several root nodes, or leading text or comments) to its first root Element instead of returning a text anchor, and return undefined for comment or text roots (#1104)

  Under dir="rtl" on the document or an ancestor, Arrow Right now moves to the previous tab or indicator dot and Arrow Left to the next, matching the visual order. Vertical orientation is unchanged.
