Fixed

• The job page's Analytics menu lost its padding in a deployment, so its checkboxes and
  Download button sat flush against the border. Five other panels had the same fault: the
  Intel dashboard's Saved searches menu, the tag manager's colour picker, the Rules page's
  list: preview, the graph's hover tooltip and the notification bell's loading state. The
  production stylesheet loads before the app's own styles, so the menu's default padding
  overrode the padding each menu asked for. It now yields in both the development and
  production builds.
