Fix Docker client version compatibility issue

Changes

  • Removed API version auto-detection from docker-init.sh (was unreliable)
  • Set DOCKER_API_VERSION=1.43 in devcontainer.json remoteEnv
  • Fixed LSP errors in build.py
  • Updated README.md with correct configuration

Problem Solved

Fixes: "client version 1.53 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.43"

The container now uses API version 1.43 by default, ensuring compatibility with older Docker daemons while still working with newer ones.
