A first-run setup, environment profiles, and config you can take along

A fresh install now opens a short setup: pick your agents, layout, density and theme, tour the keys, then bring in the conversations your CLIs saved before. Existing installs open it from Settings. Sessions and groups can launch under named environment profiles, so one CLI can run on two accounts. agent-manager export and import move your configuration to another machine. Prompts and messages now count as sent only once the CLI took them.

• spawn --resume <id> and create_session with resume open a conversation a CLI saved earlier.
• Prompts and messages count as sent only once the CLI takes them, so gemini and hermes no longer leave them unsent.
• Commands like rename act as the session whose pane started them, never one a background Claude inherited.
• Restoring a nested archived group shows its sessions and leaves its parent's and siblings' archived.
• On Linux Homebrew, Claude sessions keep following /clear after a later brew upgrade.

install.sh is attached too. gh attestation verify <file> --repo YoanWai/agent-manager checks build provenance once gh is logged in.
