• A cumulative token usage ledger across every API provider, provider-agnostic and aligned with the official dsh-token-meter event contract
• Live: subscribes to session/event and consumes every active session incrementally. History: on startup it backfills every session.jsonl.zstd (concatenated zstd frames, decompressed frame by frame, de-duplicated by seq).
• Draggable floating panel with persisted position, plus an HTTP API
• Persists to ~/.dsh/token-ledger/ledger.json with atomic tmp + rename writes
• Every code path is wrapped in try/catch so statistics can never break a session
