[retrieve-and-rank] testCreateRankerAndRankResults integration test fails in travis

I'm using the same credentials as travis, the test works locally but not in travis so I disabled it until we fix it.

I'm going to keep this test ignored for now. There is nothing wrong with the test. it just can't be run in travis without failing 1 of 10 times.
