This PR fixes an issue with getting credentials on VCAP_SERVICES. Previously, I for some reason only checked if there was also a
SPEECH_TO_TEXT_APIKEYenvironment variable present.This change always tries to get the VCAP credentials and they will take precedence over other credential types.
