added proper custom note tables support:

• custom note table data is saved inside .vt2 module
• added custom table calculation based on given tuning\chip clock rate (see Settings tab)

bug fixes:

• new tunes are created with feature level defined in settings, instead of forcing PT3.7

NOTE: this branch is a collection of wildly experimental stuff, expect breaking changes in the future! If you're looking for mainline Vortex Tracker 2.6.x, please check the original repo

New features:

• Sample stretch feature for easier high-INT rate (>=100 Hz) use.

New player capabilities (activated by Options - Features Level - ProTracker 3.7 + ext features):

• Envelope period setting without waveform reset - set new period in envelope column and leave envelope type in all channels empty.
• Envelope ornaments by 7.xx command (xx - ornament number) - active until next envelope period change.
• Sample length is increased to 255 ticks.
  NOTE: these features are no longer ProTracker 3 compatible, you'll need to export as PSG to play on real machine!
