v5.5.1 - stable z-order without whiteboard flicker

  • Keeps ClassIsland above the MyScreenDraw canvas and main panel.
  • Keeps the canvas and panel above ordinary topmost floaters, desktop pets, and launcher widgets.
  • Replaces the old unconditional 500 ms SetWindowPos heartbeat with an audit-first repair path, eliminating opaque-whiteboard recomposition flicker when the ordering is already correct.
  • Treats higher, unreachable UIAccess windows as non-actionable until they return below the canvas.

Verified on the real desktop with ClassIsland active and a competing floater reasserting its topmost position every 300 ms; ClassIsland never appeared below MyScreenDraw. The full offscreen suite passes: 733 tests (7 skipped); the new stacking mutation check catches 9/9 deliberately reintroduced regressions.
