Initial release: provider-independent durable execution and periodic scheduling, with separate Redis job and lock providers. Includes bounded workers, continuations, retries, start deadlines, shutdown recovery, cron time zones and atomic schedule cursors. Published crates: brz-schedule 0.0.1 and brz-schedule-redis 0.0.1. Validated with debug/release tests, real Redis contracts, MSRV 1.88 and Clippy.
