Sleep::goodnight() now suspends the current Revolt fiber via the new
Illuminate\Support\Concerns\SuspendsFibers trait instead of calling
sleep()/usleep(), so retry(), sync Http::retry(), Timebox, the Redis
limiters and LazyCollection::throttle no longer freeze every other
fiber of a worker during a backoff. Main-context and Sleep::fake()
behaviour are unchanged.
