CastBay 1.8.4

What's new

• More reliable start: if local network discovery never gets ready, the receiver no longer stays on "Starting…" for ever. After 30 seconds it shows an error with Retry, and after an error it starts again by itself, up to three times, which helps a TV or a car nobody is watching.
• Some TV boxes (an Android 9 one, for example) fail to register the receiver with the system's service ("Local network discovery failed"), so phones cannot find the TV: when the system's service will not register, CastBay now announces itself on the network, and phones can still find it.

• 提高启动的稳定性：接收器启动时如果局域网发现服务一直没有就绪，不再无限停在"启动中…"，30 秒后会显示错误和"重试"按钮；出错后还会自动重新启动，最多三次，适合没人盯着的电视和车机。
• 部分电视盒子（例如 Android 9 的盒子）的系统服务注册失败，会出现"Local network discovery failed"，导致手机找不到电视：现在系统服务注册不上时，映湾会自己在局域网里发布服务，手机仍然能发现它。
