选择器改用设置面板稳定属性 [data-shortcut-modal="settings"][role="dialog"]，不再依赖 CSS-module 易变 hash 类名。
修复：dsh 0.2.0 desktop app 的 settings-general 构建把面板 hash 由 VOzbGW 重生成为 Dws9Sa，旧选择器 .VOzbGW_panel 命中 0 元素，致尺寸/透明度/背景全失效（desktop profile 不能用，web profile 因仍为 VOzbGW 而正常）。
变更：
- client/bundle.js: PANEL_SCOPED 与 nav/navList 选择器改用稳定属性，hash 无关
- engines.dsh: >=0.1.7-rc.2 → >=0.2.0-rc.2
- test: 同步断言新选择器（不削弱）
- README: 更新版本兼容矩阵
